Overview
All products sold on CraftSVGStore are instant digital downloads (SVG and PNG files). Because the files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final by default.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded or made available for download. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be “given back” after delivery.
Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund or store credit in the following situations:
- Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Download failure — You paid but were unable to access or download your files, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Wrong product — The product you received is significantly different from what was described or shown in the product images.
- Corrupted files — The downloaded files are corrupt and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide working replacements.
How to Request Support
If you experience any of the issues listed above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at aicapt16@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A description of the issue
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Our goal is to make sure every customer gets the files they paid for and can use them successfully.
Compatibility & Usage
Our SVG and PNG files are compatible with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, and most other design software. Please review product descriptions and the file format list before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your tools. Incompatibility with a specific software version is not grounds for a refund.
Commercial Use License
All designs include a commercial use license — you may use them to create and sell physical products (t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.). You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files themselves.
